Randy led the investment group which purchased the company in June/03’. With a background of 25 years of experience in the Telecommunications Industry, Randy was Senior Vice President, the second largest shareholder, and on the Board of Directors of Tele-Tech Company, Inc. and DigiSys Corporation, $120m service companies acquired by a division of Alcoa, Inc. Randy brings to the company a solid history of developing a strategic focus and hands on management.
